• Annual Plan: $50.00/year

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Unblur Image: AI Remove Blur only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content

• Complete enhancement of all photo types and qualities
• Suitability for all professional or commercial purposes
• Compliance with all industry standards and requirements

Users should always review processing results before using them for important purposes.

7. Photo and Content Usage

When you upload photos to Unblur Image: AI Remove Blur:

• You retain ownership of your original photos
• You grant us a license to process your photos for AI enhancement

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Asil Arslan from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of Unblur Image: AI Remove Blur.

12. Photo Enhancement Considerations

Unblur Image: AI Remove Blur provides AI-generated results that may not account for all factors such as:

• Professional photography standards and variations
• Industry-specific requirements
• Changes in AI processing methods
• Regional photography standards
• Specific brand or industry guidelines

16. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Unblur Image: AI Remove Blur from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Asil Arslan only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
